The Aleph
SUSTAINABLE ELEGANCE - 50 RESIDENCES“What is exciting here is that we have fostered cultural potential as the anchor for the Aleph project … by pushing the limits of recreation, community, hotels and living spaces.” - Sir Norman Foster Live in a space that redefines urban living. Designed by London’s renowned Foster + Partners, Faena Properties’ stunning new Aleph residence applies sustainable standards and innovative use of space to become the heart of Buenos Aires’ rejuvenated port area. The building’s spaces are structured to complement contemporary porteño living, making maximum use of the city’s sunshine and the district’s large green spaces and proximity to water.
Living at the Aleph, you’ll be welcomed with VIP service and access to the facilities at the Faena Hotel, just across the street. Residences have views of the city and the river from their outdoor terraces and giant picture windows. An infinity pool on the roof shows off the city’s charms even more.
Puerto Madero is Buenos Aires’ former docks district. From the 19th Century to the mid-20th Century, it was a busy working port, essential to the export of goods from Argentina to the world. During the late 20th Century, the port fell into disuse, and become an abandoned barrio of rusting warehouses and empty factories. Since 1989, the city of Buenos Aires and corporate partners such as the Faena Group have revitalized the area, turning it into an arts district, ecological reserve, and high-end residential sector. The Aleph Residences continue this trend. The building is new, but, in respect for the district’s past, it is designed to fit seamlessly among the restored silos that line the waterfront. Combining modern techniques with classic porteño touches, Aleph embodies the spirit of the Puerto Madero.
